Movement Students Winter Retreat 2025

MVMT Winter Retreat

February 14-16th, 2025

Welcome to Winter! At First Orlando, we believe that community is essential for our students to grow in their faith. Winter Retreat will serve as a small group getaway and will be for all students in 6th‑12th for the 2024‑2025 school year.

At Winter Retreat, we want to emphasize the importance of engaging in Biblical community by giving our students a healthy environment to dive deep with their weekly Sunday morning small group. This will be an amazing opportunity to bond with other students in their adult-led gender- and grade-specific small groups, while engaging with God in a powerful way. Winter Retreat will be a time to worship God, grow with friends, and have a ton of fun!

Winter Retreat will be held at Camp Kulaqua Retreat and Conference Center.

Registration for Winter Retreat is now CLOSED.

Medical Consent Form

All attendees under the age of 18 are required to fill out the mandatory Medical and Consent Release form for participation in any overnight event. This form asks for certain information that’s crucial to ensuring your student’s safety. We need to collect vital medical data in order to make sure we can respond properly in the event of a medical emergency.

For the best and fastest experience at check-in on event day, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you take some time to fill out these forms BEFORE February 14, 2025.

Sponsor a Student

Winter Retreat is going to be a blessing for every single student that joins us in 2025! We are praying for and looking forward to all the work that God will do at Winter Retreat this year, but there are unfortunately some students who are not able to pay the registration cost to attend. We never want finances to be a roadblock to a student experiencing deep connection with their community and their Savior, so we are asking you to partner with us to help ensure every student has the opportunity to do so!

If you are able, we would greatly appreciate any donation to help a student make it to Winter Retreat 2025. Your donation will go directly to help reduce a student’s registration cost which, in turn, will allow them to attend a weekend where they may experience deep connection with Jesus and their community on a whole new level! Any donation, regardless of how large or small, will go towards making a life-changing difference in a student’s life. If you would like to be part of a student’s journey to Winter Retreat this year, please click below.
