Legends Academy

Legends Academy is a Kindergarten through 8th grade Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) focused school located on the Hope Center West Campus in the Washington Shores community of Orlando, Florida. Legends Academy’s philosophy centers on the development of a culturally responsive and safe learning environment. Legends Academy combines a deep understanding of the developing child grounded in strong academic standards with an enriched environment in order to ensure each student’s success.

Deon, Third Grade
My favorite part of school is when we have PE. And recess. I’m in advanced classes because I think out of the box. Advanced classes give me a lot of homework, but it’s really fun.
Darius, First Grade
My favorite part of first grade is learning math. Today I learned subtracting. It’s easy! I have straight As.
Dylan, Fifth Grade
Today I did decimals. Decimals are easy. We’ve been doing them since fourth grade. I like Math. When I grow up I want to be a YouTuber and tell people math facts.
