Welcome to The Table! We are a family of young adults (ages 18-30) in Orlando who gather weekly to hear the truth about Jesus.
Tuesdays: The Table
The Table is a large group gathering for Young Adults ages 18–30 on Tuesday nights! We worship together and hear a message geared towards young adults. It’s the best way to connect with other young adults in Orlando, and we would love to have you!
We gather on Tuesday nights at 7:15pm at First Orlando in the Uth Center (first floor of Faith Hall). As soon as you arrive on our campus, just follow the signs for The Table and we will be ready to welcome you!
Sundays: Theology Lab
Theology Lab is a place for young adults to be able to ask questions and learn about core doctrines of the Christian faith while also getting to know each other! The class consists of a 20-minute teaching from a leader in the ministry followed by 20-25 minutes of discussion time at tables. We meet on Sundays at 11:30am in WC118. Head to Welcome Center A in the main Worship Center and ask a volunteer to take you to the class!
In addition, many young adults attend the 10am worship service together and sit in Section 14. We would love for you to come sit with us for service and walk to Theology Lab together!

SUPER BOWL PARTY
🏈 Join Us for the Table Super Bowl Party 🏈
We’re excited to invite you to the Table’s Super Bowl Party! For Young Adults (18-30) to come together for an evening of fun, football, and fellowship as we watch the big game on the big screen.

🕒 Time: 5:30 pm
📍 Location: First Orlando Backstage (WC-124)
We will be serving dinner, but bring your favorite side dish, snack, or dessert to share (if you’d like) and your team spirit! Whether you’re here for the game, the commercials, or just the community, there’s a place for you at the party.

The Table will be joining Unite at UCF on Tuesday February 10th. Join us for Unite UCF on February 10 at 7:30 pm at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, FL for a night of worship and powerful messages! RSVP here so we know you are coming!
